How to make Taco Wontons



- Preheat oven to 350℉. Cook 1 lb of ground beef with Taco Seasoning. Pat the beef dry to remove any excess grease.
- Dice up the onion and bell pepper, and slice the jalapeño into round pieces.



- Add oil to a pan and sauté the onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Once veggies are tender, add in minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
- Mix cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, softened cream cheese, and 4 oz of the shredded cheddar cheese (the remaining 2 oz will go on in the next step)



- Using a muffin pan, press the wonton wrappers into the pan and fill each wonton with a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and wontons are golden brown.

- Once out of the oven, top them with sour cream and a slice of fresh jalapeño
