Notes on ingredients
There's good chance you have everything you need for 5 Minute Salsa in your pantry already. In fact, I recommend keeping a can of fire roasted tomatoes and green chilies on hand for just that reason! As with all of my recipes, there is a ton of room for customization here. Try it with fresh tomatoes, set aside some of the canned tomatoes ad add after the rest is blended for a chunkier texture, add hot sauce or jalapeños for a kick - you get the idea! 5 Easy Minute Salsa
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor or blender
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 4 oz can Fire Roasted Green Chilis
- 1-2 teaspoon Salt To taste
- ½ Cup Diced Onion
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
Instructions
- All all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse them until incorporated and desired consistency.
