Helpful Items for Jalapeño Popper Wontons
- Flint and Flame Knives - I use these daily and have had them for over 2 years. I've yet to sharpen them! Definitely great quality knives. Code CHEFTIM40 to get 40% this knife or their entire website.
- Staub Cast Iron Pan - You'll want the largest size for this portion. When cooking down the wine and stock, your pan will be very full!
- Bench Scraper - No joke.. everytime I cook I use this. You'll surprise yourself with how much you'll end up using it!
- Cutting Board - My friends over at SMK Woodworking have gifted me with the best quality cutting board! Give them a like and check them out!
- Ninja Air Fryer - I enjoy having a smaller one that doesn't take up a lot of counter space. This one is also a 4 in 1 air-fryer! It does it all!
- Zester - I love the narrow blades on this zester. Makes the zesting technique much easier when zester round objects.
- Muffin Pan - Make sure you have at least 16 slots for these wontons. You may be able to squeeze in a few more if you aren't as generous with your filling as I was.

Roast Peppers
Step 1 : Chop off the top of the bell pepper and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil along with 3 whole jalapeños. Coat with olive oil.

Step 2 : Roll them up in foil and place in air fryer for 12 minutes on 350°F.
Prep Wontons
Step 3 : Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 4 : Cut 3 strips of bacon into small pieces. Cook on a skillet on medium heat. Remove bacon bits once browned. (Be sure not to overcook here. They will continue to firm up and cook once removed.)
