Smoked bacon wrapped brussels sprouts are a match made in culinary heaven. The earthy, robust flavor of the brussels sprouts is complemented by rich, savory bacon to make this appetizer the star of the show!
These bacon wrapped brussels sprouts are best made on the smoker or grill, but can also be baked in the oven. For the best smoky taste, choose a bacon that's applewood or hickory smoked because that little extra goes a long way. Happy cooking friends!
These really do not need much seasoning with such intense flavors that are naturally brought to the table.
