All-Purpose Seasoning

Bacon
6-8 slices

Pomegranate Concentrate
can use honey instead

EVOO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Cut the growth end off of the brussel sprouts and then cut it in half and peel off the outside layer of the vegetable.
Place in a mixing bowl and season with EVOO, garlic, salt, and pepper and place them on a lined sheet pan and roast them for 30 minutes in oven.
If you have a smoker, go ahead and turn it on and set it to 250℉.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. While they are cooling get bacon strips and cut them into thirds.
Toss brussel sprouts in Pomegranate Concentrate (or honey) and then wrap them in bacon and season with All-Purpose Seasoning.
Place them on a rack in the smoker for 1 hour.
