In a hurry and need something DELISH? This Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Potatoes is simple and quick! Add it to your busy weekday menu and let your taste buds soar. For this dish, you'll need some simple kitchen items and easy to find ingredients.
My Ninja Air Fryer and my Staub Cast Iron Skillet did all the work for me!
Tips and Tricks

- Make sure potatoes are crispy when coming out of the air fryer. Add more time if needed. Shaking them around more often helps to keep them from burning in the air fryer as well.
- Grating Fresh Mozzarella will make this taste SO much better verses bagged cheese.
- Make sure you use a large enough skillet. You'll end up combined all the ingredients for the bake and don't want anything bubbling over ;).
Don't own an Air Fryer?
Coat potatoes with the oil and seasoning and place them in an oven at 425°F for 35-40 minutes. Toss them around mid way through and keep an eye on them!
Leftovers Please!
This dish warmed up well! I suggest warming it up in the oven with some more Garlic Parmesan sauce and its money!
Additions and Substitutions
Sautéed onions and bell peppers will sweeten it up in a beautiful way! If you're looking to sneak in some veggies for your kids, broccoli and spinach were fun additions as well. The parmesan cheese and garlic sauce make everything taste amazing!

I used a Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce but feel free to play around with other flavors! If you want spicy, the Spicy Garlic is another one of my favorites. Click here for a full list of their sauces.

I love me some mushrooms! Gonna have to do that next time. You should try the garlic parm potatoes on the site too! Sounds like that'd be up your ally.

Loved it! Does it freeze/unfreeze well?
CookitwithTim says
It can be frozen yes! When we thaw it out and reheat it, we add more parm dressing to it though.
