Homemade breakfast plans kick into gear when I hear my daughter's coming home from college. I know she'll be thrilled this Easter morning to wake up to a special, jazzed-up McGriddle made just for her. Although this was made on my Coyote Griddle, these can easily be prepared on a stove or an electric griddle.

Ingredients

For Pancakes
- Baking Powder
- Flour
- Egg
- Maple Syrup
- Salt
- Bacon Up
- Milk
For Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle
- Maple Syrup - for topping
- Sausage Breakfast

Step-by-Step Instructions

- Step 1: Warm up 3 tablespoon Bacon Up in the microwave. Mix together pancake ingredients: Milk, 1 Egg, Maple Syrup, Salt, Baking Powder, Flour, Bacon Up.

- Step 2: With Griddle on medium/low heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of bacon up on the surface. Cook 8 small pancakes (this will make 4 sandwiches). Then, remove the pancakes from heat.
Hint: Add more bacon up to surface as needed between cooking pancakes, sausage and egg.

- Step 3: Cook 4 sausage patties flipping ½ way. Top with a slice of cheese and drizzle with maple syrup. Once cheese is melted, remove patties from heat.

- Step 4: Cook the eggs, lightly folding them over to cook. Don't scramble and break them apart. Make 4 piles of eggs.

- Step 5: Build Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle with a pancake on the bottom, followed by a cheesy sausage, ¼ of the cooked eggs and topped with a pancake. Lastly, drizzle maple syrup on top and enjoy!

Storage
