McDonalds who? That's right folks! You no longer have to go to wait in a drive through for a McDonalds McRib Sandwich! Here's how to make them better and in the comfort of your own home! It's so simple you don't even have to worry about messing it up! Messier the better with these smoked sandwiches.

Do you HAVE to use Bone-In?
No - in fact, it's pretty easy to find boneless and easier to work with! Keep in mind that you may be paying a slightly higher price for purchasing a boneless simply because of the convenience to consumer.
What Makes it so Good?
In my opinion, it's the cut of meat combined with the sauce of your choice. You can easily use Baby Back Ribs or even Spare Ribs if preferred, BUT...I like the perfect balance of fat and meat found within the pork butt that make this McRib Sandwich just perfect.
When it comes to sauce, you should stick with BBQ! It can't be a McRib without it. I've found that this combo of sauces really brings out a tangy sweetness that pushes this recipe over the top! Find Chef Tim's Sauce here!
Now let's get to the recipe and all the ingredients needed as well as some cooking items and utensils for this dish.
