Instructions for Creamed Spinach:



- Grate Parmesan cheese. (Freshly grated is always better!)
- Sauté butter and onion in a skillet on medium heat. Once the onion is soft, add the garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in heavy cream, sour cream, whipped cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until it melts and then reduce to medium-low heat to thicken. Cook on medium-low for another 2-3 minutes.



- Add in spinach. Stir continuously until the spinach softens.
- Fold in Parmesan, and for even more flavor, use Parmigiano Reggiano!
