Kielbasa & Potato Dinner
Equipment
- Medium Pot
Ingredients
- 12 oz Water
- 1 lb Green Beans
- 14 oz Kielbasa or sausage of your choice
- 2 ea Potatoes medium, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium stock pot over medium heat add 6oz of water.
- Next sliced your sausage into rounds or cubes.
- Diced or cube up 2 medium potatoes.
- Next add green beans, potatoes, and sausage to pot with water.
- Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat and add in more water (6oz) because it cooks out.
- Then stir and season with salt and pepper and cook down another 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
