Spending Holidays around the family table, is all about the people we spend it with and the memories we make. Sharing food with my family and friends is so sacred to me and it's what I truly LOVE to do. Being able to show hospitality to people I've known forever and people I'm meeting for the first time is one of the greatest joys in my life. My wife and I consider this a gift and a blessing!
Why do I call myself Chef Tim?
Although I wasn't classically trained as a Chef, it's what people have called me forever. Working in commercial kitchens for 25 years, catering and feeding over 2,000 people a week, it's a title you earn in the kitchen with your staff. Since then, it's become one of the things I'm known for and it's a part of who I am and what I love.
But now, we have transitioned from feeding thousands in our catering company to feeding people digitally over the last 3 ½ years.
Family Table Inspiration

My grandfather, grandmother, and my mom were all amazing cooks and always spread so much joy and love in the kitchen. When I was a kid, we always drove from Chattanooga, TN up to Niagara Falls, ONT Canada to be with my grandparents over the Christmas holidays.
It was usually always cold and lots of snow was on the grounds and my grandfather was always working at the Hotel where he was the head chef. So, yes, my granddad was a pro chef for many years. However, when he got home from work, he really stayed out of the kitchen. It was basically my grandmother's domain. From those years as a kid, the best memories were always happening during holidays around the family table.
The Start of Our Family Table
Although I grew up watching my family in the kitchen, it's my wife who really brings out the best in me. She's always bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to my recipes. We stay focused around our faith, family and friends all gathered around our Family Table. My wife, Jacque, is also the one that believes anything is possible. She's always ready to take on a challenge.
I remember 6 years ago we were presented with a task of feeding over 800 people at one event. We had not fed over 400 people at that point. When this was presented to us in the meeting, we immediately looked at one another and knew we could tackle it.
We both have faith not only in our ability, but God to help us with events such as this.

Now, as a dad, I love being able to have my family and friends over. Getting to be Grandparents ourselves now, it's bring my wife and I so much joy. It's been really fun having my oldest granddaughter climb on a stool to help Pop Pop. We love our family so much.

Make Thanksgiving Day Easier!
So, that's why I created something very new this year. My goal with this E-Book is to help you entertain your guest while taking the stress out of it. This E-book has every detail from planning, shopping lists, the day before prep, and the day of prep with detailed recipes and instructions.
It's all here on my website in one place! All of the recipes and videos can be found on the site. Want a printable version? I have that covered too! This year I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to be able to enjoy your guests stress free. It's what holidays around the family table should look like. Enjoyable!
I have even gotten the opinion of busy moms who have looked over this plan and process and they have given it the seal of approval! Why not give it a try for only $5. Is $5 worth a couple days of peace for you?
