Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Yogurt greek
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 English Cucumber shredded
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 Sprig Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt add more if needed
- 1 teaspoon Pepper add more if needed
Instructions
- Cut cucumber in ½ long ways and remove the seeds by sliding a spoon along the center.
- Grate cucumber on the finest side.
- Place shredded cucumber onto paper towels and squeeze out as much juice as possible.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients: yogurt, minced garlic, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, salt and pepper.
