Instructions
Cook ground beef on the griddle on medium low heat. Season with ½ the taco seasoning.
While meat is cooking, heat up queso in a pot.
Once meat is almost browned, season with the remaining taco seasoning. Remove meat from griddle once it's cooked. Set griddle temp to a low heat.
Set tortilla chips onto the griddle in the same shape as your serving tray you'll be using. This makes for an easier transfer.
Place meat on the chips, then shredded cheese, then queso and finally the roasted corn.
Once everything is heated up, remove with a large spatula and place onto serving tray. Top with cilantro lime sour cream and guacamole.
