Instructions
Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic before placing it in the bottom of the crockpot.
Rough chop your vegetables and place them in the crockpot around the roast.
Add in the Cream soup, beef base, water, Lipton soup mix, and slightly stir.
Turn the Crock Pot and go about your day! Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
After 4-6 total hours, grab two forks and pull apart the meat. Stir to combine all the ingredients together.
