8.5 oz Box of Corn Muffin Mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray your baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your eggs, Jiffy Mix, sour cream, cream corn, whole kernel corn and your melted butter. Mix well.
Place mixture in 9x9 baking dish and spread evenly.
Place casserole in oven for 1 hour. Check at 45 minutes to make sure it’s rising. Continue cooking if it’s jiggly.
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
