Cut slider rolls in half and butter them for toasting. Toast buns on griddle or pan for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Heat up oil and sauté onions.
Flatten out ground beef (to width and length of rolls) and season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook beef to a medium well done.
In a medium pot on low heat, add in blue cheese crumbles and heavy cream. Cook until blue cheese is melted to make your fondue.
Cook strips of bacon until crispy.
Make burgers by placing mayo on bottom bun and layer from bottom to top, your beef, sautéed onions, blue cheese fondue, and bacon last. Place on top buns and slice out 12 sliders.
