Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Slice the ends off the potatoes and then cut into wedges of even widths. Mix together seasonings in a small bowl: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika and Cayenne Pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges in the olive oil. Then, toss the wedges in the seasoning mixture.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5-7 minutes. Place sweet potato wedges in the basket in a single layer. Don't let them touch or overlap.
Cook the wedges for 8 minutes. Using a tong or fork, flip them and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with a Southwest Ranch, Dill Dipor sauce of your choice! Enjoy friends!
