Set out and measure all ingredients. Dice mango, pear, red onion, cilantro and scallions. Juice lime and orange until you have 1 tablespoon of each.
In a bowl, mix together diced ingredients. Lightly mix in lime juice, orange juice, and sea salt. Note: For best flavor and results, make salsa at least 1 hour in advance so that the flavors have time to marry together.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Season your fish with salt and garlic powder. Then, place in the air fryer skin side down for 10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes to properly cool off. Plate it, top with the mango salsa and enjoy.
