This recipe makes 32oz of Tomato Sauce. Serving size is based on feeding 8 people with 2 lbs of pasta.A good rule of thumb is to use 2 cups (16 oz) of sauce per pound of pasta. We enjoy our pasta very saucy so we use closer to 2.5 cups per 1 lb of pasta. Substitution: You can also use 2.5 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning instead of listed seasonings above.
