Build the S'mores: Split the graham crackers and chocolate bars in half. Layer ½ graham cracker, chocolate bar, marshmallow, and the second half of the graham cracker to build each s'more.
Wrap in Foil: Wrap each S'more tightly in aluminum foil to help everything melt together.
Grill: Place the wrapped s'mores on the grill with the chocolate bar side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallow is soft and gooey.

No grill? No problem: Bake the foil-wrapped s'mores on a baking sheet in a 450°F oven for 4-5 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted.
Chocolate Side Down: Place the foil packets on the grill with the chocolate facing down. This helps the chocolate melt evenly.
Seal the Foil Well: Wrap each s'more tightly so the heat is trapped inside without making a mess.

Grilled s'mores are best enjoyed fresh while the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are gooey.For easy entertaining, you can pre-assemble the s'mores and wrap each one tightly in aluminum foil. Store the foil packets in an airtight container on the counter for up to 24 hours.
