Gather ingredients. Mince garlic, juice lemon and shred parmesan cheese. Separate the egg yolk from egg white and dispose of egg white.
Add all ingredients to the food processor and puree.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but best if it sits overnight before serving.
Notes
Add more salt and pepper if needed.If you love the umami flavor, double the Worcestershire amount.Do NOT skip the refrigeration time. It allow the flavors to enhance each other and it taste even better when served chilled.
